Dávid Havasi is an assistant professor at the Department of Chemical and Environmental Process Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, a research-development and partnership project manager at Mcule.com Kft. He obtained his PhD in 2018 as an individual preparation doctoral student, focusing on the separation of biomass-based solvents. Currently, he is working on the development and research of digital and cheminformatic solutions for the chemical sector. The key projects in which he has been involved: the Horizon 2020 programme funded ULTIMATE project on cheminformatic solutions for drug discovery; the Horizon Europe Transition programme funded DiaDEM project for supporting the organic semiconductor industry; the NRDI funded ULTIMATE 2.0 – INFINITY database: new compounds in drug discovery project, under the 2020-1.1.2-PIACI KFI programme. He is married with two children.
