Palace of Academy from LEGO bricks – Birthday gift from Hungarian Young Academy for 200th anniversary of MTA and Library
The model, designed and partially pre-built by LEGO Certified Professional Balázs Dóczy, was completed for the first time by secondary school students from the BMSZC Trefort Ágoston Bilingual Technical School with the assistance of HYA members on 17 April 2026 in the exhibition hall of the Palace of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

Results of joint MTA–HYA research assessing the situation of Hungarian researchers presented amid great interest
The preparation and implementation of the large-scale questionnaire survey took a year, and the first results have now been presented to the public by the scientists leading the research.
