At the end of March, the annual election of the Executive Board took place at the Hungarian Young Academy in accordance with the statutes of the organisation.
Outgoing co-chair Boldizsár Szentgáli-Tóth is succeeded by Tamás Ruppert, who will work alongside Bernadette Kun, now the outgoing co-chair, as of 1 May 2026. Tamás’s term will last for two years.
The co-chairs will be assisted by five additional executive board members: Dávid Havasi was re-elected as a board member for the second time in a row, while for Kata Horváti, Karolina Eszter Kovács, László Koók, and Bence Kutus, this is the first opportunity to serve on the board. Their term will last for one year.
