Funding calls

Legal entities with a registered seat in Hungary or in the European Economic Area and having a branch in Hungary, as follows:
a) Among nonprofit and other non-profit-seeking organizations, those with GFO codes 552, 563, 599 GFO codes which qualify as state-recognized higher education institutions operating as universities, maintained by public interest asset management foundations performing public tasks in higher education pursuant to Act IX of 2021 on public interest asset management foundations performing public tasks.

Furthermore, the following institutions may submit grant applications pursuant to Section 1(1)(c) of the RDI Act:
b) Among the higher education institutions in the countries referred to in Section 1(1) of Act LXII of 2001 on Hungarians Living in Neighbouring Countries that provide Hungarian-language education and engage in research and innovation activities, namely:
Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania and II. Ferenc Rákóczi Hungarian College of Transcarpathia, provided that the funding is requested for research or innovation activities.
