Assessing the situation of researchers from diverse life and social backgrounds – including female researchers, researchers with young children, researchers with disabilities, researchers from minority groups and Hungarians researchers living abroad, foreign researchers working at Hungarian institutions, and researchers with special caregiving responsibilities – across different age groups, disciplines, and types of institutions.
Categorizing the problems, structural difficulties, and barriers affecting each group, as well as developing and publishing proposed solutions, while collecting and disseminating best practices.
Organizing professional forums, workshops, and networking events that facilitate the exchange of experiences among the relevant research groups and foster a supportive institutional and social environment.
Building relationships and collaborating with domestic and international organizations that represent the interests of these groups.
