Funding calls

Researchers who are members of the public association of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (researchers with a pending application are not eligible) and who meet all of the following criteria:
– hold a PhD or an equivalent degree, but have not yet obtained an MTA Doctor of Sciences title, nor have a pending application for such a title,
– their youngest child is less than four years old when the application is submitted. For men, this condition is complemented by the requirement that during this period the researcher spent at least one year at home on continuous childcare (CSED/GYED/GYES) or is at home on childcare (CSED/GYED/GYES) when the application is submitted; or the applicant is raising a disabled or chronically ill child under the age of 14.
– when the application is submitted, applicants must already have a publication listed in WOS or Scopus in which the applicant is the lead (first or last) author
– commit to publish or have a publication accepted in a Scimago Q1 journal in which the applicant is the lead (first or last) author within one year after the expiry of the grant period
– have not obtained a grant in this category before.

a total of HUF 1,2 M; optionally for a period of 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 months, broken down by month according to the duration
