Our vision for the future is to have a scientific and educational ecosystem that provides equal opportunities for all young researchers.

Our mission:

• Represent the interests of early career researchers proactively towards decision-makers
• Mitigate the inequalities of young researchers’ society
• Strengthen HYA as a proactive grassroots community professing similar values
• Demonstrate the value of the diversity characteristic of young researchers’ society

Our objectives:

• Participate actively and directly in shaping the future of the institutional and application system currently in transition by formulating proposals and recommendations
• Harmonize our mentoring activities and upgrade them into a value proposition package
• Develop HYA’s annual activities for the general public on regional and national levels
• Review the roles fulfilled by board members and committee coordinators and complete the process of organizational development
• Boost HYA’s international commitment
