The Young Academy of Europe (YAE) has admitted among its members former Hungarian Young Academy Board Member István Gábor Hatvani, senior research fellow at the Institute for Geological and Geochemical Research, Research Centre for Astronomy and Earth Sciences. YAE, officially affiliated with Academia Europaea, brings together young European researchers of outstanding merit who are committed to international science policy and social engagement and who wish to play an active role in shaping the European scientific community.
