Twelve new members admitted to Hungarian Young Academy; twelve former members join ranks of HYA alumni

Of the 75 eligible applications for HYA membership, twelve new members have been elected by the HYA election committee, taking into consideration the votes of members of MTA’s public body below the age of 45, the academic achievements of the applicants and their commitment to the objectives of HYA, as well as the principle of diversity according to scientific discipline, gender and geographical distribution.
