In the same year, she started to work for the Research Institute for Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (now called Hungarian Research Centre for Linguistics), first as a junior research fellow, later as an MTA Postdoctoral Fellow (twice) and as an MTA Premium Postdoctoral Fellow. She became a tenured senior researcher in 2020. Her research in generative syntax and morphosyntax focuses on the structure of the Noun Phrase and clausal embedding in Hungarian and Uralic languages. Between 2015 and 2021, \u00c9va was associate editor of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acta Linguistica Academica, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an international journal of linguistics, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and in 2022 she was appointed as a part-time senior researcher at the Theoretical Linguistics Department of E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University (Budapest). She has been awarded the Junior Prima Prize, MTA&#8217;s Young Researchers\u2019 Prize, the Burgen Sholarship Award of the European Academy as well as the J\u00f3zsef Herman Junior Researchers\u2019 Prize and the Gy\u00f6rgy Sz\u00e9p Publication Prize. She also won prizes at the 2014 Olinco Conference and at the 51st Meeting of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Societas Linguistica Europaea<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
